"I had a simple room and a decent stay. Two areas that could have been better for me: 1) the toilet in my room had a narrow drain and clogged four times during my stay; 2) I have a bad back and asked, as I departed, if there was a luggage cart and was told no. This would have been helpful to me. Overall, I appreciated the service and accommodations this hotel provided. Thank you!"

"Parking off site was easier and cheaper than doing valet. Valet was $46 per night for parking and the ramp a block down was $16 total for over 24 hours that we were there. Staff was nice but they were on their phones during check in which is not professional at all. "

"Check in was easy, but the front desk gentleman was on a personal phone call and quickly hung up. While checking us in he was doing the speech talk on his phone which made us uncomfortable. Overall the hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was clean but the pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was great !! "
