"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. "Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower. Many thanks. Will come again "
