We arrived late for checkin after a long flight but she made sure everything was ok with us and did such a smooth checkin. Thank you so much again! "I chose this place because of the proximity to the various places I need to go to during my visit. Upon entering my room the first thing I did was go into the bathroom as it was a long drive and noticed the toilet seat was dirty, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper, wrapped, on top of the toilet. but no toilet papret on the roll next to the toilet. I di not use the toilet due to it did not seem clean. I looked at the shower/tub, and saw a hair on the top of the tub. I started looking at the floor...
