"We walked to the Arch from the hotel. Somehow in my research, I missed the $30 parking fee. My bad. Checkout time of 12 p.m. allowed us to leave our car there and visit the arch which was nice. "

"Plenty of parking, and was happy to find lots of good food close by. Living in California, there is no White Castle, so I was overjoyed to find it a 7 minute drive away from here. Also found a Filipino bakery 7 minutes away as well. A great place close by great food and half an hour drive away from the main Missouri Museum, their Botanical Garden and etc. "

"Room was okay, needs to be updated. Bathroom door was covered in handprints. The phone and alarm clock were on the bedside table but neither work because they have no way to be plugged in. Really need plugs by the bed. Lamp wasnt plugged in either. Furniture all looked old. Rooms do not look like pictures on ad. No carpet, wood floors, old curtains. AC wasnt the greatest."

"When I arrived for check-in at 3, my room was not yet cleaned. When I notified the front desk, the nice young man immediately gave me clean towels and said he'd look into it. Within five minutes, the manager called to let me know the cleaning crew was running late and assured me it would be handled within the hour.
