"We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation. "
