"Very welcoming, clean hotel. I only stayed one night while passing through on a roadtrip but I would honestly give it a 10 and will definitely be back next time I’m passing through. I did not try the complimentary breakfast but it smelled awesome and a lot of people seemed to be enjoying it when I walked past to check out. "

"The property was great ,my only issue was that they did not have my reservation logged from Expedia . That took a solid 30 minutes to resolve after I had driven 8 hours so it was less than optimal . It snowed so I called the desk and asked for an extra day …this involved another 60 minutes of online and verbal communication as well as another headache trying to postpone my next destination in Wytheville for a day now that I was stuck in a snowstorm. To close ,the hotel and amenities were fine...

"The bed was hard as a rock!! It may say pillow top mattress in the description but it was NOT. "

"The staff is fantastic. We have stayed there for over a year, off and on. With family in assisted living down the street the empathy and compassion was unreal. These are awesome people. Love and care."

"Room was ok and bathroom still needed renovation on floor boards. Could use a wastebasket in suite area. Very convenient to EWTN which was our main. Reason for visit."

"Tyler on the afternoon shift was very thoughtful and kind! Our daughter had had surgery nearby and she was having trouble walking in. Tyler was quick to offer a wheelchair and his help. The morning staff was very friendly and welcoming! over all this was a great choice for our stay"
