"The treehouse was so cute! Loved the location! Firewood provided was awesome! Very well stocked kitchen. Really was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Easy 1.5 hour drive to Hot Springs. The forest on the grounds was nice to explore. The owners were so kind. We got locked out of our house by accident and they came right to our rescue! We will definitely come again! "

"My family stayed the weekend to visit UARM. I have 3 teenagers so I need plenty of room. This home was very clean, lots of room and had everything needed for a home away from home. There is a TV in every room, WI-FI, and a few games we played since we had rain. Cute house in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. We had no issues with a smooth check in and check out. We will stay here again!"

"We love that the property is clean and peaceful and the folks are friendly. The coffee is fresh every morning and amazing! We come at least once a year. What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back!"

"Our 2 weeks at Cedar was very enjoyable! We didn’t want a boring hotel room, but a space that felt more like home for an extended rental. This apartment’s wood cabin vibe was welcoming and the bathroom clean/comfortable. Most of all the kitchen proved fantastic, large fridge freezer and full size oven allowing me the luxury of baking a variety of biscuits and cooking up large dinners with leftovers!! Very hot water in the kitchen ensured clean dishes, similar certainty of a good shower as well....
