"The hotel staff (the 2 front desk ladies I dealt with) were very nice. The building/room overall were clean. However,my bathroom had brown spots splattered all over the sink/countertop (as if someone had colored their hair?) It looked awful, but did not come off with regular wiping. It definitely did not make a good impression but I arrived in the evening & basically overlooked it as it was stained into the counter/sink. The sheets on the bed also had a few small stain marks! But I did not have...

"Great staff, clean and nice room. But NO elevator. Also, the fire door is kept open with a door wedge, I’m sure because there is no elevator folks would be slamming the door every 10 minutes. It’s a no go for us in the future. "

"Had a fantastic stay here. Upon an evening arrival- my room had been given to another guest (with my same name)! The clerk (who was new, but super sweet and helpful) was unable to fix the pricing in the system. She phoned the manager, who drove 30 mins out of her way and come back and fix the issue. I'll definitely stay here again! Shouts out to the desk clerk and manager (whose names I wish I would've taken down)! "

"The property is under construction and should have been identified as such. The pool and fitness area were closed due to construction. The dining was moved and was not indicated upon arrival. The lobby looks shabby. I would not have stayed here if I had known in advance. If under construction it needs to be labeled on Expedia and the property site. "

"The shower head had pink bacteria on it from where it had not been cleaned very well. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel where this has occurred."
