"Many bad reviews so didnt expect much but considering price, it not bad. Old but felt they try 2 keep it clean. At this price, aircon, lcd TV, hot shower, just steps away from Ali mall.SM.center of Cubao. Plus very friendly staffs! Not 3k hotel but 3 times worth what I paid."

"Cockroachs. The sheets are tattered. When the mattress is exposed its absolutely disgusting, it smells like urine. I had little bites on me. The room is equivalent to a small prison cell no window. The shower is very inconvenient. And cold. Neighborhood full of beggers. Even the security guard was asking me for money. I had to leave and get a new hotel."

"Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. "

"The room was so small, no tissue paper , no trash can in the room , linen was disgusting horribly looks so dirty no blanket to Jake you a bit warm , you ask extra sheets you have to pay . Over all you needed to improve your linen is to horrible and the towel so dirty looks . "
