"Ibis Gateway Malll was amazing! The hotel has direct access to Gateway Mall which then gives you access to numerous restaurants and shopping! Also the area is walkable, is connected to the trains and is generally safe. We had the family room and I liked how the room was setup. The staff was nice and we had an efficient check in. "The room was not cleaned, unless we asked the young man in charge, and after paying him cash. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast had a long list of choices but couldn't provide. They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel...

"Cockroachs. The sheets are tattered. When the mattress is exposed its absolutely disgusting, it smells like urine. I had little bites on me. The room is equivalent to a small prison cell no window. The shower is very inconvenient. And cold. Neighborhood full of beggers. Even the security guard was asking me for money. I had to leave and get a new hotel."

"Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. "
