I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. I really didn't like that the Jacuzzi was drained and the pool was dirty. I specifically chose a place with a pool and a Jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping and I didn't get that. "Nice facility, my only complaint with my stay was we were given a handicap room at the corner of the building. The room was literally 30-40 feet off the road and the traffic noise was palpable."
