"OMG what a cute place. Instead of getting stuck in the Sunday border crossing car jam we decided to check Magdalena out and left for the border on Monday morning. What a treasure we have found. Hotel is in the middle of town a minute walk to the most wonderful park with cute stores, beautiful murals and it seemed all the families were enjoying the park. "Unfortunately the unit we stayed at this year was not as expected; the sliding doors were almost impossible to open and close, towel hooks were off the walls, and the appliances old. The AC made a huge noise. It was disappointing. Opalo D905 owner/s please upgrade to the 5 star resort standards. "

"Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Was nice to be in the heart of town amongst the locals. Building common areas are also a highlight, including the friendly cat that lives there! WiFi didn’t work one morning but then came back on that evening. "

"It was our first time visiting Pen̈asco and everything in the hotel was very good, very clean, excellent service at the front desk, all the staff very attentive and friendly, they answered all our questions about locations with great kindness, very safe and we were able to park our car with security, the only drawback is that they don't have good wifi, even so I will back to that hotel on my next visit"

"We absolutely loved this room for our family vacation (6 adults + 1 teenager)!!! The room was updated and had great amenities and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook with! The giant table with bench seating was perfect for our family dinners and game night, and the outdoor patio furniture was great. The views were great as always. We absolutely loved our trip and would 10/10 stay here again!"

"Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise...

"I absolutely loved this home, the hot tub was so relaxing and the setup is very comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. So clean and so many conveniences like coffee and water. It's located on the bay past the resorts, so it has a safe feel to it. Definitely will stay again. "
