"My overall impression was that the owners are really trying. The rooms are old, but there are obvious upgrades. The tub surround was new, the vanity was new, then other furniture was clearly "tired," and some parts of the room are worn. The AC/Heater unit was new, a definite plus! Towels were new, water was hot.
