"After my 4th stay in this lovely condo with both family and friends I give it 5 stars. Clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. Perfect location close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Morning coffee and happy hour in the lanai overlooking the gorgeous pool is wonderful. "This was the perfect property for our family to hang out in while visiting our son for spring training. The neighborhood was great. The view of the river was so relaxing we even saw a large turtle! The pool was heated and the outdoor grill was perfect for grilling steaks Vanderbilt beach is very close and is a great spot! "

"We chose this because of proximity to our condo and Price. Very disappointed, though that it had not been cleaned and there were bugs in the bathroom and in the fold out couch. Local person did offer to send over a cleaning crew at no expense the second day Also, one of the chairs had a broken leg and one of our people almost fell when sitting It was, however, a very nice location."
