“COZY BEACH HOUSE” Opening In March

Thank you for your interest in my vacation rental.

Come and enjoy this great house! Just .6 miles to the beach. If you’re looking for the perfect get away for one, two or the whole family this is the home. Walk or bike ride(4 bikes included) to beautiful Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins State Park/ beach. The open concept brings the whole family together. Perfect for family gatherings. Freshly painted, all new furniture, bedding, linens, kitchenware and appliances. There's a quiet lanai over looking a beautiful inground pool. Back yard is completely fenced in. Enjoy endless choices of restaurants, shopping and activities.

Note: Making two payments is available for full month bookings, Jan, Feb and March.

An excellent property centrally located between downtown Naples, and fort meyers beach. Nice clean neighborhood, close to the beach as well. Only thing is the master bedroom has a double bed. A queen or king size would be better but overall this is a great place to stay!

These guys have hospitality in the bag. From check in to check out, everything was available that we needed for our short stay. We did not have to worry about anything. We had all necessities. Beautiful home on a quiet street with all of the amenities! Our Family enjoyed the pool in the day time and the lanai in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and living room area. Loved all of the puzzles and games that were available as well as the beach equipment! Homeowner was available when needed. Had a great time and made beautiful memories!

Great holiday home in Naples
We spent a week of our family holidays in the house and were completely amazed. Right from the booking the owner was very nice and responded to any questions as quickly as possible. When we arrived everything was in a perfect condition and cleaned and prepared as we only know from good hotels. The equipment (especially for pool and beach) was huge and we missed nothing. Best however was the location, almost as close to the beach as the beach parking - definitely walking distance. The kids however preferred the pool… Thank you very much for your nice place and warm welcome!
