"I requested first floor near lobby, as usual I got second floor furthest room to walk too Asked for different room that I had requested and they said because I booked through a third party ( meaning you ) my request was not valid. This is why I may just call hotel directly and not use a third party"

"The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the room was both comfortable and stylish. The hotel’s location was perfect - close to everything (shopping and restaurants), yet still peaceful and relaxing. Easy check in, friendly staff and great breakfast options. Would stay here again! "

"The hotel was recently updated. It was nice and it was clean. My only complaint was the hot water was not really hot. It might have been better if I waited longer than a few minutes. "

"Friendly front desk, very comfortable room and bed. Only thing that could be improved was that the mini fridge was in an awkward spot and you had to basically crawl on the floor to get to it, but maybe it’s because the king suite in the corner room was set up differently than other rooms? Idk, but I’d stay here again."
