"I like my experience in general , a good hotel to stay one day. But I had some troubles at check in because the girl at the front desk poorly explained where my room was located. Also, when I got to the building the carpet was pretty old and stained, a huge garbage bag was in the middle of the aisle and it smelled really bad. The outside is a little unsettling too, the building is near the train tracks and it feels a little bit unsafe. I will recommend if you are just passing through SF."

"The Civic Center was only 1/2 a mile away ❤️. Lots of food choices. The room and bed was great, but around 3 am there were some loud people on my floor. The area did have a lot of unhoused and drug using people, but we didn’t feel threatened. The parking was a huge plus!"

"This hotel is in a great location and very walkable to food. Bed was a bit hard but not horrible. The manager was accommodating to my situation, room was in my name but my husband was only staying there because I was having surgery and being admitted into the hospital and they allowed me just give his name so he can have access to the room. I had to add an additional day because I had to stay an extra day and it was a seamless process. "
