"I like how clean it was. I like how they had a variety of food every day. I would see kitchen staff refilling whatever needed to be filled, making sure the space was clean, and they were very friendly!! All staff were very friendly!!! Hotel room was also very spacious. "

"This hotel was in a good place to take the bus to other areas of San Francisco. The parking is first come first serve which I didn't know PRIOR to booking. But I recommend parking and leaving your car there. Great safe location. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the water running from a neighboring unit. You can also hear footsteps from the unit above... so if you're a light sleeper this may disturb you. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. "

"First of all we were freaked out at the number of terrible reviews I read once we had booked this room. We were relieved to find out that the majority of peoples complaints were unfounded. We were checked in by a lovely young woman and not the virtual check-in everyone seemed to be so upset about. I'm not service of that check-in option had been discontinued or if the system was down.
