"We were booked in and prepaid, but when we arrived we were told to “wait”. I mentioned we had a reservation. We waited 15 minutes or so, until a man arrived in his truck. Without even asking our names or looking at our reservation, we were told to get in the truck and be taken to another hotel. No room at Baanfai was there only explanation!
