"I booked this place 2 months in advance. I never stayed at this place due to them not accepting foreigners. Upon arriving from a late flight, I called beforehand to let them know on my way. Once I arrived they told me that I could not stay there, it was only for Indian nationals. And that foreigners were not welcome. At 3am in morning, I had no choice but to leave and look for another place to stay. Overall, not a good experience. Not recommend. I’m still disputing this charge with Expedia. And...

"Staff were great, area around hotel was filthy, location was great to get everywhere, room was clean and service very good, need to get internet and tv service upgraded to work all the time. I would highly recommend the hotel for safety, great staff and location! Rooms are small but price is very good and we spend travelling not in our rooms! , lrt to south area of city easy to use, so I trust this hotel and staff and thst is key for me when travelling, women will also be safe here! "One word. Terrible If you wanna spoil your day this is the place to stay as the manager and receptionist will make sure that by their rude attitude they do the same. Very dirty hotel with cockroaches roaming around, yellow stained washroom, unhygienic, mannerless staff, egoistic people and rude attitude. Dirts everywhere and stained bedsheets."
