"Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. "This motel was perfect for us. My daughter and I shared a room. Really comfortable bed, clean and with great amenities. The room felt very comfortable and safe. We had a great stay. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again. We were staying for a sporting competition at the pool. We were close to the venue, to supermarket, to The Base mall and a lovely walk way near the river too. "

"My unit was spotlessly clean, had everything i needed for my stay. Very comfy bed with a good amount of blankets to be warm and cosy. Heatpump in case you get cold but the unit was very warm. Motel is in a quiet location with minimal noise, the odd car going up the road but it was Friday night when i stayed. Good shower with good pressure.
