"This was my second stay and the first time I stayed there were fans in the hallway on the second floor and I wondered why. Well, this trip I found out. The odor of an illicit substance was very strong in the early hours of the morning…..when I woke up to use the restroom around 5am every morning it was extremely strong. Not cool. I don’t care if you do it, but certainly don’t have cards in the rooms banning it, then obviously allow it in the hotel and it must be a regular occurrence because my...

"Had an excellent stay, just me and my little dog. Room clean, quiet, bed comfortable, young man who checked me in was very nice, good personality. The gas station next door has good sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. One website said it was booked so tried another site and got a room reservation. They were not full. That website is losing business for them, unfortunately."

"They stay was great as usual. I have the trip protection from Expedia, and my trip was cut short and they won’t refund the remaining days. Instead kept say my itinerary number doesn’t exist and hang up on ms. They did this numerous times. I will never use Expedia again. Nor will I recommend it to any one. The hotel said they could refund anything it would be up to Expedia. "

"The staff is exceptional. If we asked for something we got it instantly. I literally saw the front desk attendant running to retrieve towels for my family. They have free snacks and beverages available 24/7. We asked for tea packets which they normally stock as part of their breakfast menu. They were unfortunately out, but instead of disappointing us they dipped into their personal supply and gave it to us. Very small town friendly!!! The rooms are older and adequate.
