"It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. "Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, but very dated. The breakfast was underwhelming, coffee, juice, apples and a waffle maker. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. I would definitely stay hear again, next time I’m in Oroville."

The room was clean and modern, there was actually 3 packs of regular coffee - thats a first, and I love the complimentary breakfast."

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed.
