"Hotel is to be desired. Room had garbage on the floor from what I can only assume was from the previous guest. Used dirty towel was stuffed in one of the dresser drawers. Hotel isn’t in the best of shape. The beds are comfortable at least. Random wire protruding through the wall. Not sure if it was live or not. Wasn’t about to touch it to test it. The staff were fabulous though. Very, very nice and friendly. Hotel itself just needs a lot of work. "

"We had a fabulous stay. The location is very close to everything downtown. We did not try the breakfast but we went to Rise and Shine diner and it was absolutely amazing. I absolutely loved the full length mirror that hid the closet. "

"Second time we've stayed at this particular hotel. Last year and this year for NYSPHAA Bowling States at AMF Strike and Spare Lanes in East Syracuse. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly desk clerk. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. Lousy view out the window but who cares. The price was great. It was close to the bowling alley and has a Tulley's on one side and a Dunkin Donuts on the other. Sweet! Recommend this place for sure. "

"Short stay . Arrived at 9:45 pm. Left at 7 am. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet. Nice and sufficient breakfast. 2nd floor hallway had a musty smell as if it had been wet, but did not seem so in our room. Overall the price was a little too high for a quick overnight when other hotels in the area are just as nice and more reasonable price."

"The stay was fine. It was quiet, seemed like a safe area, restaurants and gas stations close by. However it advertises breakfast included which I do not consider a breakfast all there was, was honeybun, orange juice, coffee and tea. They need to add something like hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fruit (banana, oranges, apples. These are all simple things that can be added or take off that breakfast is included. "

"The huge full wall mirror behind the bed sort of weirded me out. The body soap smelled like lysol. Shoes made a sticking sound on the bathroom floor. Overall a good place to rest your head for the night. Had to watch where walking to car, dog poop all over in grass areas."
