Find 2 Star Hotels in National Landing, VA from SAR 495

"I have no problem with this hotel. I do have a problem with Orbitz for NOT PROCESSING this booking properly. Hotel staff had an issue giving us the 3 rooms that we booked under 1 name and so it took more than an hour to get us situated. I think this is the last time we are booking with Orbitz/Expedia for having issues not only with this booking but also from the last few reservations that are turning into a nightmare!!!! It did not used to be like this. We have been a client for a long time...

"Location is very close to every thing you need with quiet neighbors. Apartment has a nice layout with plenty of commodities for a long stay. We will definitely stay again when we plan another DC area trip."

Close and convenient to two metro stations and lots of restaurant options, very close in walking distance.We chose the property based on parking being an available add-on, which we paid for in advance. Upon arrival, we followed the instructions to retrieve the parking pass, however, it was not there. "Great location. Bit of a walk((15 min) from train station but has a Whole Food Mkt across the street and restaurants nearby. Had to have concierge call fire dept at midnight one night for a water alarm going off due to a leaking hot water heater. Mgmt was gonna have someone come the next morning. Basically cost us half a nights sleeep and affected our tour schedule the next day. No offer for any credit from mgmt so far. Couch in living room is 10 inches off floor so be prepared to crawl off...

We had to have someone tell us at concierge that it was a ring around door knob. Also could use end tables in LR for drinks. Condo got very hot at night. Otherwise, great! Kitchen was perfect "
