"Great new hotel. Custom service a bit hot and miss, was standing at reception with no acknowledgement as staff member was writing in a notebook. Actual checkin was standard after that. Room was good, very clean, a night light on bathroom would be useful. Restaurant service again very slow, was ignored for about 10 mins. It was not busy. Food very average, ordered sirloin steak, med rare, was very inconsistent and not the best, hard to eat. Rest of the food was fine. "

"Terrible. No reception, the computer to access to the password for the room key wasnt working. We wait one hour to have someone at the interphone. The person give us bad key code and we had to call them back. We only get access to room at 11pm."

There is a car park near by, but please be careful on Saturday's as there is a market on the upper part and they will tow your car away if it is on this part. "There were many children due to sports event. When it came to breakfast and everything was eaten and out of place the staff made sure we had at our own table everything possible. They were all great. There were three staff who were working so hard to keep up to the 20+more kids and still made time for us. We could not speak french they did there best talking to us and helping. Recomend for sure."
