"Very nice hotel, very clean and affordable. Is in the heart of Catarina, the owners are super nice. Sometimes the receptionist is not in the lobby and the front door is locked, just go to the pharmacy 2 doors down, the owners live there and they will let you in."

"The hotel is very beautiful, clean and well-maintained. It was a little difficult to locate at first, I was dropped off at another hotel with similar name. They should consider placing the hotel's name on the building itself and place fans in the lobby, or all around the hotel for more comfort. The room we stayed was very clean, very nice, very comfortable and the air conditioning was spectacular! The area has so many restaurants available at walking distance. The owner was very nice, helpful...

"The stay was comfortable I booked a room with AC but the AC was not working properly. The bathrooms were not cleaned the 2 days I was there the trash can was overflown with tissue paper. The price is good but they can do better as I do like the staff at hostel. "

"Gaby & Toby were great - everyone was really friendly & helpful. Great location - less than 5-mins walk to the Cathedral & city centre; 25-mins walk to the lake &/or the old fortress. They provid filtered water for the guests. Lots of useful information about tours. Only downside was the lack of hot/warm water for the shower (discovered in the morning... although it was sort of refreshing to wake up with)."

"Brand new hostel. Paid for breakfast which was very good. Owner speaks english. Is quite far from town center for going for food and entertainment. Also, the online price was lower than what we paid. As it was only one night, the 50% increase was too much of a big deal. However, it would certainly add up if staying for a few nights. "
