Forget about staff speaking any English or foriner language. Not there even they say they speaking English there is no convenience stores near by to pick up anything . "I paid $6. You get what you pay for. I got a bed, a cold-water shower with towels, a toilet, and a fan (no airconditoning). I was traveling alone and that's what I wanted. The place is old and beat to death. Good location. The owner is an old unfriendly grumpy unsmiling guy - but I wasn't staying there to make friends. Noisy AF - and especially so early in the morning. "You can't get a better stay for the price point. About 400M from the train station, this "hostel" is definitely more like a homestay than anything else. Run by a lovely family, the property is well maintained and super clean and surprisingly well beyond what you would get for this price normally. I stayed in Room 7 which is best as it had a private bathroom/shower. I would not only recommend this place, I'll stay here next time I'm in Trang."
