"This was a perfect stopover hotel. It was well located, easy to find, quiet, clean and comfortable. There were some restaurants within walking distance and I had my dog with me. They were very welcoming. I would stay here again."

"Clean comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Elevator to 3rd floor. Very accommodating staff. However coming back at night is a little disconcerting since everything is dark. People in another room screaming so difficult to sleep. Breakfast was perfect. Location was perfect. Carpet not so clean but otherwise room was very nice. "

"We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended."

"Very convenient in Deauville! Its not what the pictures show and we weren't able to check-in at 3pm, but the staff were nice. Its 2 star so you're staying in a nice area in an older not upgraded hotel but its a great location and was affordable. "

Mary greeted me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and offered to carry my bags to my room (which was on the second floor and only accessible by a spiral staircase). Leaking cistern that had to be turned off after filling, loose tiles, mould in grout, loose broken shower head, poor ventilation, no shower curtain. "Stay away from this place, and be super careful about this place and any other place that is posted as non-refundable. There is always a reason behind not refunding your money. I booked a room at this place on Expedia and when I checked in I was shocked. This is nothing like a hotel.
