"Room very clean. Bed linen and towels spotless. Condition and upkeep of rooms and hotel generally was good. Friendly service. Location brilliant, excellent value. Will stay again. Note, there is a bar next door which was noisy Saturday night but the area felt super safe at 10pm."

"This is the fourth time my wife and I have stayed at Hotel Diana since 2015. The location, service, quality, and cost have been perfect. During previous stays my wife and I have walked a lot but due to the extraordinarily busy time resulting from the reopening of the Notre Dame we had to take taxis a lot. Daniella was extremely helpful in calling taxis for us when we needed them."

"There are few places in Paris that can offer a tailored experience, and this is definitely one of them. The receptionists were phenomenonal and made our NYE exceptional; helpful, supportive and always available. Rooms are spacious, clean and lovely. My favourite place in Paris! "

"Great sleep in quiet room, dark window covering and great quality bed and good bedding. The room is small but feels cozy. Bathroom is tight but good hot water in shower. Did not use breakfast services."

"The hotel was clean but even if the property is rated 2 stars the management must be more generous in terms of comfort. Only one towel, one toilet paper roll in the room. No shampoo, only one tiny bar soap! Receptionist barely speak French, did not try English. Remote control with no batteries. Very tiny elevator, NOT SUITABLE FOR WEELCHAIR AT ALL. I know it’s Paris, but it could be better. The night receptionist was pleasant. May be zero-star motel."

"The staff in the hotel are all very nice and willing to help you. You can borrow a hair dryer from them easily. You can store a luggage there for the day you check out. The location is very convenient to everything, such as a subway entrance, restaurants and stores."

"We have been to Paris few times & this is the worst experience so far. Hotel room was dirty, door knob was broken, bathroom tub wasn’t shower proof so water was spraying all over. Area not that great. Don’t recommend at all"
