"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete...

"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. When I checked out, It was highly visible that the main entrance lobby's floor...
