"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "Beautiful location for a rural hotel. Our room was very big and had a gorgeous view from a wall of windows, looking out at the snow capped mountains with horses grazing near the hotel. Very tranquil. Good breakfast and nice hosts. "

"The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Cerdanya and is on a main road below Bellver de Cerdanya which is a lovely small town with bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel is older style but very comfortably furnished and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant on Sunday evening, the 25e 3 course menu had good choices and included wine. It is also possible to get snacks from the bar. Breakfast buffet simple and good. We would have given a higher score but the pool area was closed...

"Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower. Many thanks. Will come again "
