Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception). "Petite difficulté de carte d'accès à la chambre bien traitée et réglée par le personnel d’accueil. Mutualisation des déjeuners entre les deux IBIS le WE discutable car faisant sortir les clients sous la pluie s'il pleut (il ne pleuvait pas). Sinon personnel impeccable et efficace. Très bien."

"The room smelt as soon as we entered, couldn’t distinguish if it was body odour or smoke. It was suffocating. Soon realised it was smoke, all the linen stank of it, especially the blankets and towels. It was impregnated into everything. This along with the lumpy pillows and mattress that caved in made for very little sleep. I never usually wrote reviews, especially but ones but the smoke was so bad if affected my breathing and I didn’t get much sleep at all. Not great for the kids either. All in...

"this was a stop off during a journey through France, this hotel served us well. The room was small but equipped and comfortable, breakfast was ample and staff very helpful. Excellent value for money and would recommend as a place to rest during a journey"
