"Easy check in. Polite staff. Directed us to hotel parking precisely. Room small but functional. Nice bathroom, modern. Breakfast a good choice, but juice, eggs not replaced. Coffee was horrible. Left to stew. Hotel needs a proper coffee machine. Was only let down of this hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at Domaine de Rymska for one night. The property was beautiful and the meal we had at the restaurant was amazing. The staff were really welcoming, accomodating, and professional. The weather wasn't the greatest so we couldn't spend time outside, and there is nothing nearby, but if you are looking for a night or two to unwind with some good food and ambiance it's great! The only unfortunate thing was that we did not realize we'd have to pay extra even to enjoy the steam or sauna so there really wasn't much to do once there."

"Lovely property located in the center of the village of Puligny Montrachet. Helpful staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Excellent breakast. Very good for dinner as well but menu is limited to a handful of choices. Phenomenal wine list and a 16,000 bottle wine cellar with fair prices. "

"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"The welcome and check in was excellent. The room was great and is the best Hotel bed I have ever slept in 5***** superb. We booked for dinner and on arrival shown to out table. We were presented with a QR code to use!? Being technophobes I asked to order and pay for food in the normal way - I was simply handed a itablet - no instruction and no-one attended us again so after 30 mins we left and used a restaurant along the street. Not very happy about this, there appeared to be only 2 people dealing with orders and serving running around in a chaotic way. The following morning I had an issue with my mobile phone and the reception desk lady bent over backwards to help. Thank you."
