"I traveled alone to So CA. I chose this hotel at the suggestion of a relative. I am very happy I did. It was a wonderful experience. From the front desk gal to the room cleaning attendants to a random worker at the Fairfield, friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. I will definitely stay there again."

"We checked in on Friday the 14th at 3 PM and upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was not particularly welcoming. The atmosphere felt somewhat cold and unwelcoming. However, the room was very comfortable, very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. When checking out, we encountered a different girl at the front desk, who was very friendly. We didn’t get to stay and eat the continental breakfast so I have no comment on that. "
