"Pretty decent for the price. It’s a student dorm with a little kitchen, which was a nice thing to have. I arrived and there were about half a dozen spiders in the room, which was quite gross - hence the 3/5 stars for cleanliness. Basic budget hotel if you’re solely looking for a place to sleep. Transportation is fantastic. The tram is right outside so it’s easy to get to and from the core. A safe area too. "

Lobby and stair rails could use fresh paint because first impression was a little off. The room was very clean and freshly painted, but at first was concerned.
