"This hotel is convenient to get to and just a short drive from all the ski resorts. The lobby and shared areas were all very clean and similar to most Hampton. The room itself was clean but did have a few stains on carpet but nothing terrible. BUT the best part about this place was the staff. My young daughter woke up sick in the early early hours and the front desk staff went above & beyond getting us water and hydration packets. "I enjoyed staying at the Delaware. Leadville removes the 1-70 traffic and makes it an easy drive to Ski Cooper or Copper Mountain. The Delaware is a wonderful historic building. They provide coffee in the morning and have a lovely restaurant and bar. The accommodations are comfortable. The place was kept warm. Parking is nearby but not at the hotel unless you are lucky to get off the street in front."

"This place was fun. It does have a woke mindset, but as a not woke person, I didn’t mind. The facilities were nice and clean. There was fun live music one of the nights I was here. Parking was hard and kinda scarce, but I always found a place to park. I’d stay here again."

"Nothing fancy but it was clean which is always important for us. No fridge or microwave in the room but they had a community area to use. That was unique. The king room we stayed in was cozy and very comfortable. We absolutely recommend and I know we will be staying there again. "
