"Room size is decent, I was able to lay my luggage out fully. Room is very clean, the bath needs a bit of extra cleaning. Very good price for solo travellers who needs their own space. There is a restaurant downstairs as well though I didn't get to visit in the end. Staff were all very courteous, helpful and friendly"

"This is a nice clean hotel in a busy area. It has a great Japanese breakfast. I found the lack of staff in reception a bit difficult as the machine for checking in didn’t like my overseas phone number. The beds were a bit firm for my liking but the larger room size is a bonus if you are travelling as a couple. "

"Excellent kitchen, set the standard for my trip. Comfortable bed, quiet once the trains stop, not terribly loud considering the station is 200m away. Good bathroom, strong washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools, counter space, and an ample refrigeator."

"チェックインの時の説明が十分な内容でした。聞きたいと思ってたことを聞くことなく、頂いた説明で把握できました。 予約した部屋より眺めのよい部屋への変更も提案いただきました。(今回は天気がよくなかったので遠慮しましたが) フロント前を通るたび「ごゆっくり」など声をかけていただき、部屋でもラウンドでもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 今回、天気がよければランニングをしようと思っていました。港まで海沿いのルートで走ることができますか？景色がよさそうなので、次回楽しみにしています。"

"初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。 アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。"
