"Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location with nearby coffee and breakfast options. Not so good was the dispenser of soap which squirts straight out missing your hand. Toilet paper dispenser is behind and hard to reach. Shower control was counter intuitive, some warm water to the right, hot water to the left. Family gathering with children running in the halls and overhead."

"This is a beautiful hotel, with very nicely decorated lobby and rooms. However, some updates are required: our mattress was not comfortable and seemed old with soft springs. Also, be aware there is a constant noise outside that was hard to block out with earplugs. "

"We booked this hotel for the pool for our 7 year Old. We had a sad child when we checked in and found it was under construction. A note on the website would’ve been very helpful. The front desk staff was amazing though. She was so nice and great to deal with. She had our sink fixed while we were at dinner. "

"The clients were loud, but that's not the hotels fault. It was right off the mainway. The rooms smelled of old cigarette smoke but didn't allow smoking so I'm guessing they need to change the carpets. The breakfast was edible, the beds weren't lumpy. The showers worked great. Not bad, could have been better"

"I truly can give this a 10/10, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Parking right out front, customer service was excellent and they greet you with a warm cookie. bar/restaurant was great and food was tasty- the bartender is a hard worker and never had you wait a minute on a drink. The room was clean, quiet and bed was very comfortable. the pool/spa was delightful. I attended 90s con and this will always be my hotel for cons ahead! "
