The room is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This hotel is ideally located for tourist attractions with the Old Town square within a 3 minute walk. "Beautifully appointed with all the trappings of a luxury hotel. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just perfect with the pool having the additional benefit of a powerful jet stream facility for ‘never ending’ swims. Krakow is a wonderful city and the H15 hotel matches its beauty and situated less than 5 minutes from the main square."

"Loved this hotel, so easy to get to the old town and other parts of the city either by foot or by tram. Only a 10minute walk to the train station and big shopping centre. The Italian restaurant on site was great. Breakfast was superb, huge selection of items. I’d stay here again. Lovely staff on reception that gave me a few plasters as my shoes had given me a blister! Can’t wait to come back on my next stay in Krakow"

"Great hotel, could not accommodate early checkin however they held our bags and we were free to explore. Lovely bar for a night cap, which also served food if needed. Beds confortable, and very convenient for the old town, walked into the main town and train station, Jewish Quarter, well positioned for everywhere."

"The hotel staff customer service was excellent. The room is spaceous. The only complaint is the shower getting shower can be dangerous with high difference when step out of the shower. There are no handle if someone is older or have mobility problem. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Good quality selection with individual order option. Great hotel. 5 star !!"
