"Se hizo una doble reservacion por error, una se pago en el hotel y la otra por tarjeta de crédito, se le informo a la administradora, pero no hicieron la gestión de cancelación o devolución del dinero de una de las reservaciones. "

"El lugar esta precioso, las camas cómodas los cuartos limpios , el servicio excelente,, tiene todo para ser un top 10 , lo malo es que al lado hay un bar o una discoteca y el escándalo de la gente y la música es impresionante que no se puede dormir, para fin de semana no recomiendo que se queden!!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay in Cali.The hotel is located within walking distance of the historic area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The hotel was great and they have awesome breakfast options. Again, the only disappointing thing for me was that the water does not get hot enough...guess that's how it is out here? Besides that i would definitely recommend it."

"Hidden charges stay away. I bookedand paid online and the check in process was very difficult. They wanted me to pay again. I explained that I paid already. I do not speak Spanish. I should have. It my losses and left. I only stayed 1 night. The neighborhood is so so. At check out I was basically charged in fees and taxes more than what I paid for the room on the website. I paid but strongly advise staying away from this hotel. "
