"The facilities were much more satisfactory than I expected. I was also satisfied with the elevator, kitchen, and view. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. The pillow cover was fine, but the pillow itself should be washed in hot water or replaced with a new one. Room number 3612"

"All the staff was super nice No over interruptions no less care It is in uphill surrounded by beautiful vineyards still so walkable from center and bus station From Elkano restaurant 5min walk I highly recommend this place w wine tour(you must try wine tour) Family owned for several generations big passion for wine making "

Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "This hotel is very small but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly but professional, and super helpful. I stayed here for 8 days and the room was cleaned every day while we were out and about. Very close to the town center and restaurants. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family when they come to visit!"

Great location if you like staying in the centre of a town, not ideal if you don't. Very easy to find but the parking was dire. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special. "
