"A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. "It was very run down! We ordered breakfast at 7:15 arrived downstairs for the reception area to be dark unopened for business and then left at 7:30am without having breakfast! Nice friendly staff, but the decor and musty smell let the place down. There is a huge potential for the property! "

"Stayed for one night and was upgraded from a single to double room, which was appreciated. The room was clean with all the facilities needed. As well as tea/coffee making facilities, bottles of sparking water were also provided. The toilet/shower was a bit small but no real problem.
