"The room was spacious. Floors throughout seemed clean but sticky. Coffee was good, breakfast was so so. From valet, front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew - the staff was amazing! "

"We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. Accommodations were just fine. Bivek at the desk was very helpful. They also have extended parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. Very convenient. It takes at least a good 10-15 minutes to get to the airport."

"My stay was fine, except that the hotel was undergoing renovations so the pool and fitness center were closed. The elevators were a mess from the renovations. No luggage carts available because the renovators were using them. "

"the service and atmosphere was friendly & caring. I have arrived earlier than expected and check in wasn't till 3pm. the front desk was kind and very helpful and even allowed me to check in early. This hotel is very very clean and not very far from downtown Pittsburgh Made the commute very easy. I loved the packed breakfast they had as it was nice to bring on the Bus home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will plan future stays.."

"Grease stains/splater on walls and door frames, including bathroom ceiling. Lamps and headboard incredibly dusty. Stove had crumbs on and carpet looked dirty. Chair had stuff slopped down the side and also found pet hair on pillows. "
