"The staff were kind and professional. The air conditioning was noisy but efficient. Toilet didn’t flush properly, and one of our bed pillows smelled sour. Also when exiting the elevator one morning I saw a cockroach. There was 3 instances in the lobby where people came in off the street and took water and breakfast during service. A little unsettling . Also no shuttle service available "

"Not comfort with surrounding activities of property. Street people with signs begging for food right outside front street to. Building. Across street at intersection street people begging again. So disheartening, not sure what else out there either."

"Wingate offered me a comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Offered a daily warm breakfast with protein. Offered an indoor pool and hottub. Offered snack and beverage cooler access 24 hours a day. Wingate Wyndham was walkable to the Primanti Brothers restaurant and in convientently located in Cranberry Township close to major road ways and restaurants. "

"Great location, beautiful room. Staff oddly unfriendly. Hampton Inn normally has friendly staff - esp at the front desk but that was not my experience here. They weren’t rude but not friendly. There was no doubt we bothered them by asking for help or even asking for my receipt. "

"It was overall an ok stay. The room was a wondeful size for our mobility needs. There were no towels for the pool so we had to go back to our room to get the room towels. You do have to ask to be let in since room keys don't work to get you in. The pool is small so if more than one family is in it it would feel very crowded. Overall this is an ok spot for a night or two. "

"The stay was fine, the property/facility was fine, the staff was very good. My only criticism was that the door closer for the room we were staying in was so stiff (rm 217), that my first time through the door, arms full of suitcases etc, the door opened fairly easily at the beginning, but as I passed through the door the handle caught me in the ribs because the door became hard to push open. Ouch. We would stay there again and recommend it to others."

"We always stay here when in town visiting family. We had an issue getting back into our room but staff was super nice and and we weren’t in a hurry. They handled the situation professionally and politely. "
