"Could not fault the stay we had. The room is very light, airy and everything looks brand new. Really large room with lovely big window. The bed is very comfortable and the linen all smelt really fresh. Breakfast isn't provided, which we knew about, but there are tea and coffee facilities in the room. "Everything was fine - except that it was freezing cold in the bathroom. The storage heater could have been put on for an hour or so before my arrival. As it was the room was so cold! And if I kept it on at night, the noise of the thing going on and off kept me awake. So - a little more thought could be given to how to deal with that for comfort's sake."

"The pods were good, the bathroom was clean & shower good, both felt new. The keypad to get in the building was temperamental & took many attempts to get in each time, whereas the room one was good. The entrance & stairs looked rundown, which was the opposite of the room. Really good value & free overnight street parking round the corner. No facilities on site but, suited my purpose this time as i was out all the time."

From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra.
