"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I drove for 3.5 hrs from another city for a job interview I had in Belleville. I arrived an hour in advance, and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, she let me check in for free and upgraded my room to a suite for free too (without me asking for it!). "Peter at the front desk is extremely friendly and courteous. The room was a bit cozy for 5 but very clean new looking. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options (eggs, beans, home fries, pancakes, bread, muffins, baggels, cinnamonroll, cereal, juices, coffee, yogurt). "We were going to Belleville for a hockey game so we stayed in Napanee because it was easier and we like the hotel. We’ve stayed there before many times and they redid all the rooms and it’s really nice for the price. They do a good job five stars across the board."

"Great staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms. We had a great stay except there was some banging in the walls (not sure if it was the pipes), beside my bed, making it difficult to sleep. The heat wasn't working in our room either. The front desk offered to send someone up to fix it but it was pretty late at night, so we declined. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. "
