"Staff were lovely and the room had a couple of extra touches I wasn’t expecting like bottles of water. The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot. Other than that, great."

"Our hosts Leigh and Vicky were very welcoming and the accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches like a borrow or swap books area and a bucket & spade library for guests to use in the summer months. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared to our exact request. "Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location"
