"The staff here make this property stand out. They were very friendly and honest. The hotel itself is old. Doors and window sliders have large openings around and under them. The comforter had holes in the cover. The bed was hard but I like it firm. AC worked well. Has blackout curtains. Parking was easy right out front. Bathroom towels were newer and clean. The room itself was okay for a short stay. But the other guests staying here were terrible!. So noisy- yelling late at night. Crying...

Air conditioning in my room was rather basic, did not help much, felt the heat. Staff did not speak English but given that Ubatuba is generally a holiday destination for ‘Paulistas’, Sao Paolo residents, that is understandable so get prepared, at least with basic Portuguese.
