"The property is really close to the university also really close to Britomart so very well located. There is a big Woolworths quite close if you need to buy some groceries. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was to have to pay a $150 deposit - which was then refunded after my room was checked. I am often happy to swipe my credit card just in case but don't expect to have to pay an extra $150. Otherwise was a good clean space and good stay. "
