"Had a lovely time here with my family. The hotel staff were great, facilities well maintained and clean. the housekeeping staff also did a great job daily cleaning our room. The latter made us very comfortable since we had a 9 month old who needed to crawl about. Wish the kids buffet had a few more options though… apart from that the food was lovely. "

"We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff. Everyone seems tired, and as a guest, you can feel the negative atmosphere among them (snack bar) mostly). The food could be better for a 5-star hotel. The beach is nice, and the animation...
