Since the check-in until the check-out, we fully enjoyed 5 nights and all the staff’s hospitality. First of all, the hotel manager welcomed us, not at the front desk, but at comfortable sofa with refreshing welcome drinks, kindly giving us full details.
In checking out, he kindly compared the transport to the airport and offered the best way.
Every restaurant staff did all the efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible, with smiles, greetings, full attentiveness, and some interests in Japanese language, as we are Japanese.
One front staff with good command of Japanese spoke to us in Japanese and we enjoyed such chats.
The restaurants serve various cuisines every day. The exclusive beach is outside of the hotel, but very close and the staff there took care of us, asking us regularly if we needed any drinks or ice creams, so kindly. Eating ice cream on the sunny beach was perfect.
They also offer free programs, Joga on the beach, live band show and many free of charge.
One suggestion for improvement. We asked the hotel desk for any marine supports activity(parasailing) available but they didn’t know the operators or costs. It would have been more appreciated to have the cost comparison and advice of the marine sports operators.
Lastly, this was our first and excellent “all inclusive” experience and fully enjoyed 5 nights and wanted to stay longer.
We can’t wait to come back there.
